In 2020, Emerald Industrial Co. CFZE was established with a vision to support Africa's industrial growth through reliable engineering, manufacturing, and energy solutions. From the outset, the company focused on serving the power, oil & gas, and industrial sectors by delivering practical solutions that strengthen critical infrastructure and improve operational performance
The company emerged following a management buy-out of General Electric’s MMF (Manufacturing and Maintenance Facility) operations in Nigeria, with support from Beacon Development Partners (BDP), laying the foundation for its transition into a fully independent African‑ led industrial platform focused on power and energy-related services.
2021.
Establishment of Operations at Calabar Free Trade Zone
Throughout 2021, Emerald Industrial expanded its operational presence within the Calabar Free Trade Zone, leveraging its strategic location to support manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and logistics. This facility became the company's operational base for delivering engineering, industrial, and energy solutions to customers across Nigeria and West Africa.
