Chiemela’s background includes delivering large‑scale EPC, IT, power, and industrial projects across multiple sectors. He brings strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, digital transformation, and strategic consulting. His professional certifications include PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and advanced business intelligence and AI‑driven project management credentials.

He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot‑Watt University, complementing his technical and managerial expertise. Chiemela’s leadership strengthens Emerald Industrial’s mission to deliver reliable energy and industrial solutions that support Africa’s economic growth.
